Alexander Akwasi Acquah, delivering a speech on behalf of the Minister for Health, Dr Okoe-Boye, emphasized that the nursing and midwifery strategic plan for Ghana outlines a comprehensive roadmap for the development of these professions over the coming years and seeks to address the current challenges faced by the nurses and midwives, while also setting ambitious goals for the advancement of the profession.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe plan also addresses several critical areas based on the WHO strategic directions, with additional focus areas tailored to Ghana\u2019s specific needs after the end-of-cycle evaluation of the old strategic plan which, includes Education, Jobs, Service Delivery, Leadership, Data Governance, Research and Innovations, and Partnerships and
