La d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration mondiale de l\u2019h\u00e9mophilie dirig\u00e9e par son pr\u00e9sident M. C\u00e9sar Garrido a \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7ue par le Directeur de Cabinet du Ministre de la Sant\u00e9 et de l\u2019Action sociale M. Serigne MBAYE. Depuis une d\u00e9cennie, elle appuie les malades h\u00e9mophiles en m\u00e9dicaments.

Pour rappel :
L\u2019h\u00e9mophilie, maladie h\u00e9morragique h\u00e9r\u00e9ditaire rare due \u00e0 un dysfonctionnement du processus de coagulation, touche environ une personne sur 10 000.
Au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, sur un nombre th\u00e9orique estim\u00e9 \u00e0 1800, seuls 400 (Avril 2024) sont d\u00e9pist\u00e9s et r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement suivis (Registre de Consultation du CNTS).
Sur le plan de la prise en charge au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, le suivi r\u00e9gulier des patients diagnostiqu\u00e9s est organis\u00e9 au CNTS de Dakar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


L\u2019\u00c9tat du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, dans sa strat\u00e9gie de lutte contre cette pathologie a rendu disponible les facteurs anti-h\u00e9mophiliques au niveau de la pharmacie Nationale d\u2019Approvisionnement (PNA).
En effet l\u2019h\u00e9mophilie est une maladie co\u00fbteuse et les 400 patients enregistr\u00e9s ont toujours b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de traitement gratuit gr\u00e2ce aux dons de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration mondiale contre l\u2019H\u00e9mophilie. #cnts<\/p>\n\n\n\n
