\u00a0 C’est avec un r\u00e9el plaisir que je vous accueille \u00e0 cette importante r\u00e9union du Comit\u00e9 de Coordination Inter Agence. Votre pr\u00e9sence t\u00e9moigne de l’importance que vous accordez aux organes de gouvernance du secteur de la Sant\u00e9 et de la Vaccination en particulier.

\u00a0 Aujourd’hui, nous allons examiner et valider le dossier de demande d’Introduction du Vaccin contre le Virus du Papillome Humain ( VPH ) en Union des Comores.

Mesdames et Messieurs,
Chers membres du C.C.I.A,

\u00a0 Le Virus du Papillome Humain est une pr\u00e9occupation majeure de sant\u00e9 publique \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelle mondiale. Il repr\u00e9sente une menace s\u00e9rieuse pour la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre de nombreuses personnes, en particulier les jeunes filles et les femmes. En 2020, le cancer du col de l’ut\u00e9rus a tu\u00e9 342 000 femmes, dont 90% vivaient dans des pays \u00e0 revenu faible et interm\u00e9diaire.

En Union des Comores, le cancer du col de l’ut\u00e9rus constitue le cancer ayant les taux d’incidence et de mortalit\u00e9 les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s, et ceci retient l’attention des plus hautes autorit\u00e9s de notre pays, en l’occurrence le Chef de l’\u00c9tat, son Excellence Azali ASSOUMANI.
Face \u00e0 probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 publique, la Vaccination constitue la solution de choix.\u00a0

\u00a0 En effet, Mesdames et Messieurs, la Vaccination contre le VPH a montr\u00e9 son efficacit\u00e9 incontestable dans la pr\u00e9vention du cancer du col de l’ut\u00e9rus et d’autres maladies associ\u00e9es.
C’est pour cette raison que, sur recommandation du Chef de l’\u00c9tat S.E.M Azali ASSOUMANI, le Minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 a pris l’initiative d’introduire le vaccin contre le VPH dans le calendrier vaccinal. Et pour ce faire, un plan d’introduction a \u00e9t\u00e9 une \u00e9quipe constitu\u00e9e des techniciens du Minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9, avec l’appui des partenaires techniques et financiers.

\u00a0 Avant de soumettre ce plan \u00e0 nos partenaires, il est crucial qu’il soit soumis \u00e0 votre appr\u00e9ciation et validation.

\u00a0\u00a0 La validation de ce plan d’introduction rev\u00eat une importance capitale. Elle repr\u00e9sente un pas significatif dans la lutte contre le VPH et ses cons\u00e9quences d\u00e9vastatrices dans notre pays. En examinant ce dossier aujourd’hui, nous avons l’opportunit\u00e9 de prendre des d\u00e9cisions qui auront un impact positif durable sur la sant\u00e9 publique.

\u00a0 Je vous invite donc tous \u00e0 participer activement aux discussions, \u00e0 partager vos connaissances et points de vue sur ce plan, notre objectif commun \u00e9tant de garantir que le vaccin contre le VPH soit s\u00fbr, efficace et largement accessible \u00e0 ceux qui en ont besoin.

\u00a0 Pour conclure, je voudrais vous remercier tous pour votre engagement envers cette importante cause et pour votre participation \u00e0 cette r\u00e9union. Je suis convaincue que, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre collaboration et \u00e0 notre d\u00e9termination collective, nous saurons prendre des d\u00e9cisions \u00e9clair\u00e9es dans la lutte contre ce fl\u00e9au.
