L’asthme et le sport sont bel et bien compatible.
Certaines \u00e9tudes ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que la pratique d’une activit\u00e9 physique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re permettrait de mieux contr\u00f4ler l’asthme.
La pratique du sport contrairement aux id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues permet de d\u00e9velopper la capacit\u00e9 pulmonaire et de renforcer les muscles respiratoires, comme le diaphragme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cependant, sans certaines pr\u00e9cautions lors du sport, des crises d’asthme \u00ab d’effort \u00bb peuvent survenir. Ces crises d’effort surviennent surtout lorsque l’asthme est mal contr\u00f4l\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quelques pr\u00e9cautions :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il n’y a pas de sport particuli\u00e8rement recommand\u00e9 lorsqu\u2019on souffre d\u2019asthme. La natation, est un sport int\u00e9ressant. Le plus important est de commencer petit \u00e0 petit et de mani\u00e8re progressive et surtout arr\u00eater d\u00e8s que vous sentez poindre une crise.
D\u2019une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, un\u00a0\u00e9chauffement progressif\u00a0est n\u00e9cessaire avant de d\u00e9marrer son activit\u00e9 sportive. Gardez \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main votre m\u00e9dicament habituel pour traiter une \u00e9ventuelle crise d\u00e8s les premiers signes. Par ailleurs, il faut\u00a0\u00e9viter les sports qui exposent aux agents responsables d\u2019allergies\u00a0\u00e9ventuelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
