L’anthrax est une maladie bact\u00e9rienne, caus\u00e9e par Bacillus anthracis, qui peut se transmettre des animaux herbivores \u00e0 l’homme par contact \u00e9troit, en mangeant de la viande d’animaux infect\u00e9s, ou par contamination environnementale. L’anthrax peut \u00eatre une maladie grave n\u00e9cessitant un diagnostic et un traitement pr\u00e9coces pour \u00e9viter une issue fatale, un handicap ou une charge financi\u00e8re pour les patients et leurs familles. e. La maladie affecte \u00e9galement le bien-\u00eatre de l’homme lorsque le b\u00e9tail constitue son moyen de subsistance et un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important de la pratique agricole. La pr\u00e9vention est un mayen efficace de lutte contre la maladie.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les r\u00e9sultats montrent que globalement les taux de vaccination du b\u00e9tail sont relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9s<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Ces observations fournissent des donn\u00e9es sur la survenue des cas d\u2019anthrax dans les communes de Alafia et Douekir\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion de Tombouctou ; les caract\u00e9ristiques des populations et la description de la zone en appliquant une approche One Health et la vaccination du cheptel. L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait de Vacciner au moins 80% du cheptel identifi\u00e9 des communes de Alafia dans le cercle de Tombouctou, et de Douekir\u00e9 dans le cercle Goundam contre le charbon bact\u00e9ridien afin de pr\u00e9venir une \u00e9pizootie de pathologie infectieuse zoonotique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les r\u00e9sultats montrent que globalement les taux de vaccination du b\u00e9tail sont relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Ainsi 45601 esp\u00e8ces ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vaccin\u00e9s sur une pr\u00e9vision de 50673 soit environ 90% des cas. Les esp\u00e8ces les plus enregistr\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 dans la majorit\u00e9 des cas les Caprins, Asins, Equins soit respectivement 132% ; 128%, 210% en fonction des pr\u00e9visions. 396 personnes dont 298 hommes et 98 femmes venant des villages, des fractions et aussi des transhumants ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de l\u2019immunisation de leurs troupeaux contre le charbon bact\u00e9ridien. Des efforts de contr\u00f4le doivent \u00eatre poursuivis en conduisant des vaccinations du cheptel de fa\u00e7on p\u00e9riodique. Mais aussi en menant un plaidoyer et une communication sur l’importance de la vaccination contre l’anthrax.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
